Top Tips: ‘Choosing which Foundation Matrix to use!’

'In case you are not aware of what ‘The Pilates Matrix Foundation’ is when compared to ‘The Foundation Matrix’ I find that the key difference is that there are no jumping or hopping tests in ‘The Pilates Matrix Foundation so impact loading is low.’
So if I have both tests at the ready I find it very easy to choose which Foundation Matrix to use on my clients. I use ‘The Foundation Matrix’ for people who don’t partake in sports that involve ‘landing’ on one (or two) feet. Any person that is involved in a sport or activity that requires ‘landing’ a jump or hop I tend to use ‘The Foundation Matrix.’
